The Clinton Police Department offers two types of reports:
If you have been involved in a vehicular accident in the City of Clinton, you should have been given a card with the case number. To obtain the report, visit ReportBeam and enter your case number. If you do not have the case number, you can still look up the report based on other information.
Police Reports may be obtained in person from the Clinton Police Department for $20.00 fee (cash only). In order to obtain a report you must have the case number or the following items/information:
- Valid picture ID
- Location of incident
- Time and date of incident
- Name of the person who made the report
Parade Permit Application
Parade permits are required to host any event, demonstration, or parade on a public ROW or public property. All applications are approved at the discretion of the Chief of Police. No event may be scheduled for any ROW or public space without prior approval from the Clinton Police Department.
Applications may be downloaded below or picked up at the Clinton Police Department at 305 Monroe Street. Upon completion, applications may be submitted to Chief Hayman at 305 Monroe Street or by emailing him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
