Clinton and Hinds County, Mississippi have been selected to be the premier location of Continental Tire’s most technologically advanced tire plant in North America. Set to open in early 2019, this new tire plant will create thousands of career opportunities for Mississippi’s workforce and significant contractor opportunities throughout the state.
To promote public accessibility to these opportunities, Mississippi Development Authority created a registration portal for individuals in Mississippi seeking opportunities with Continental Tire.
Mississippi Development Authority and Continental have launched a website, www.mississippi.org/continental, to promote upcoming contracting opportunities available at the company’s future tire manufacturing facility in Clinton, Miss. Please note, MDA, Hinds County and the city of Clinton are not involved in the selection process. Employment and contracting opportunities are solely at the discretion of Continental Tire.
