The Mississippi Municipal League and the Clarion Ledger have twice recognized Clinton as one of Mississippi’s Most Livable Cities. In addition to receiving five “Making Mississippi Move” Awards, Clinton is a Certified Retirement Community.

A nationally recognized public school system, year round cultural events, quality recreational facilities, and a low crime rate make Clinton an attractive city for families. Being the home of Mississippi College brings an added dimension to the community. The Annual Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza, Brick Streets Festival, Olde Towne Festival, and Arts in April are celebrations that bring us together as a community.
