Water Meter UpdateThe Public Works Department for the City of Clinton will soon begin the process of upgrading the water meters. This project should start around April 1, 2010. Vanguard Utility Service will be assisting the City of Clinton with this project. Vanguard service trucks will be around the City of Clinton for at least 12 months.
