The Planning and Zoning Division of the Clinton Community Development Department provides assistance to the Mayor/Board of Aldermen, Planning and Zoning Commission, Historical Preservation Commission and the Architectural Review Board in the areas of both commercial and residential planning. In addition, this Division drafts policies designed to guide the future development of the City of Clinton and enforces City codes and ordinances, including the sign, zoning, nuisance, and other codes. This division provides information to residential and commercial interests on all the listed ordinances.
